To provide the services rendered by Liberty Nursing Group, data is collected either through the use of the website, by submitting information via our forms, or by contacting us via email.

The Legal Bases for collection of data include for Performance of a Contract: such as when providing services to users, Legitimate Interest: including facilitating users to access and use our website, and Consent: when any optional feature of our website or services require data collection.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any entity outside of Liberty Nursing Group except in specific instances, given the users' informed consent, where Liberty Nursing Group acts as an agent to render services. Examples of entities to whom Liberty Nursing Group may distribute include potential employment contacts, such as healthcare providers; and government agencies, such as for tax or licensing purposes.

Data Security and Retention

Collected data is secured through physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. For example, sensitive information is stored and communicated using encryption and other tools. Data is also anonymized wherever possible, such as site traffic information.

Data is retained as long as necessary to continue rendering services to each user. Users may, through contacting Liberty Nursing Group, request a termination of our services, after which their stored data will be removed promptly. Exceptions to this include documents required for accounting and taxation purposes, such as receipts or invoices; documents required for security, fraud, or abuse prevention; or any other documents required by law.

Policy Changes

Users who are currently receiving services from Liberty Nursing Group will be notified of changes to this policy. Users may also request prior versions of this policy. Advance notice of policy changes will be given in a timely manner as necessary.
